Regarding the growth of small industries and the increasing demand for special grades of edible oils, Damirchi industrial group has launched a novel small-scale edible oil refinery for low capacities, called Mini Refinery.
This package with a capacity of 2500 Kg/Batch (if working all around the clock, four batches/day is achievable) includes Refining, Bleaching, and a Deodorizing unit equipped with a built-in scrubber. using two neutralization reactors and an internal scrubber is merits of the current design.
the mini refinery skid is about 12.5 meters in length and 2 meters in width. considering the storage tanks, warehouse, offices, weight bridge, and utility units, 2000 to 3000 square meter area is enough for complete factory.
