With the growth of small and medium-sized industries related to edible oil (such as snack and sauce producers, etc.) and the increasing consumer demand for various types of specific edible oils, Demirchi Industrial Group has started the production of complete edible oil purification packages with a low capacity, known as Mini Refinery.
The capacity of this package is 2.5 tons per batch (with 24-hour operation, it can process up to 10 tons of oil). It includes three units: neutralization, decolorization, and deodorization. One of the strengths of this design is the use of two neutralization reactors to enhance product quality and the design of a deodorizing tower with an internal scrubber.
The dimensions of the mini refinery chassis are 12.5 meters by 2 meters.
Considering the space required for raw and product tanks, warehouses, office buildings, scales, and facilities, constructing a complete factory in an area of approximately 2000 to 3000 square meters is feasible.
